Delivery and Returns Policy

 

Standard delivery is £2.79 within the UK. Sent via Royal Mail or Evri and estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days but could take longer especially at peak times

Express delivery is £4.99 with your order sent with Royal Mail or Evri and  is estimated to arrive within 2-3 days as long as we receive your order before 1pm on a week day. 

Store collection is free. Your order, once received and processed, is usually ready to collect within 24 hours. We will send you a an email letting you know that your order is ready to collect 

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

Sometimes you need to return an item that isn't quite right. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return for a refund unworn, unused and labelled items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Please note that we do not offer free returns 

STORE PURCHASE EXCHANGES

We happily accept exchanges on items that are labelled, unworn and unused. Items purchased instore may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do require proof and date of purchase. Store Credit is valid for 6 months.

Alternatively your can return your unsuitable and unused online item/s to store. Once received and accepted by the web team, a refund will be processed via the original payment method. This usually takes 4 working days but please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY

We're sorry if you have received a faulty item. Please send us an email as soon as possible (and within 30 days of order) to info@bondfashion.com so we can rectify this fault and put it right
