1.1 In the terms and conditions for use of the Bond website the customer will be referred to as “you” and Bond will be referred to as “we”, the “website”, “Bond” and “us”.
1.2 The following terms and conditions apply to the Bond website and all orders placed by the customer. By using this website and/or placing an order with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined by Bond.
1.3 When using this website and/or placing an order, please make sure you have read these terms and conditions before you continue.
1.4 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification but will do so by updating this page. The terms and conditions on this page when you place your order will be the terms applicable to you at this time.
1.5 By using this site/placing an order with us you confirm that you are aged 18+ and a resident of one of the countries that we deliver to.
2.1 Once you have finished checkout, you will be sent an acknowledgement from us stating that we have received your order. If at this point there is any reason we cannot fulfill your order we will let you know as soon as possible.
2.2 All orders are subject to availability and your order is considered as an offer to buy a product from us. We reserve the right to refuse any order, and if this is the case but payment has been made, we will refund the full amount to the account from which payment was made.
2.3 We will confirm our acceptance of the sale by emailing you a confirmation once we have dispatched your items.
2.4 We only agree to deliver the items listed in our dispatch confirmation email and not necessarily those in your initial order.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1All prices for goods and services delivered within the European Union include UK VAT at 20% where applicable.
3.2 For goods and services delivered outside the European Union VAT is not charged although the price shown on the website remains unchanged.
3.3 Any VAT charged to consumers within the European Union is non-refundable.
3.4 Product prices listed on the website are exclusive of delivery charges.

3.6 Payments are to be made by you using any of the methods listed at checkout. We will not consider payment for your order to be made until we receive cleared funds for the total order amount, and will not dispatch an order until this time.
3.7 The funds may not appear to leave your account immediately, please check with your bank provider for more details on this as delays/timings can vary.
3.8 Prices are subject to change without notice at any time. An order that has already been accepted by us will not be subject to these changes and charged at the price posted at time of acceptance.
3.9 We are not obligated to dispatch a product to you at an incorrect price if the error on our website is obvious and therefore could have been recognised as a mistake in pricing. This includes orders for which you have received a dispatch confirmation.
3.10 Payment for products on our Website must be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal or Applepay

3.12 All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately and your order will not be completed.
3.13 In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud.

5. Returns & Cancellation
6. Distance Selling Regulations
6.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt of product) to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
6.2 Order cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. In this case we will provide a full refund including delivery costs, given that the complete order is returned unused and in its original packaging.
6.3 If we do not receive the cancelled items back within ten working days from the day after receipt of product, we may arrange to collect the items from you at your cost. Goods returned in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded but returned at the customer’s expense.
6.4 If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.
7.1 Each discount code/promotion may have varying conditions of use so please read the information available with each offer.
7.2 Discount codes apply to full price items only.
7.3 Discount codes can only be used once by each individual and not in conjunction with any other promotions.
8. Overseas Customers
8.1 Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country, and it is the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel to pay these charges. Unfortunately Bond has no control over these charges as customs policies vary, therefore any questions you may have regarding this should be taken to your local customs office.
8.2 The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
9. Product Information
9.1 Although we attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products, descriptions or other content always be guaranteed to be 100% accurate. There will be times where information on the website may contain typographical errors, or inaccurate information with regard to pricing, product descriptions and stock availability.
9.2 We reserve the write to edit and update any information on this website without notice.
9.3 We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been published inaccurately. This includes promotions.
9.4 All sizes and measurements listed on Bond are approximate, but we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide available on the product pages for more information.
9.5 Goods on Bond are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the availability of the stock shown on the website may reflect the actual availability incorrectly. If an item becomes unavailable that is included in your order we will attempt to notify you before we accept the order and payment.
9.6 We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed for our product options exactly represent the colours of the garments sold, as settings may differ across devices from which products can be viewed.
12. Age restrictions
13.1 This website is intended for persons of eighteen years and over.
14. Sale of Assets
14.1 In the unlikely event that Bond or substantially all of its assets are acquired; customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
15. Our liability
15.1 If you receive damaged/faulty/incorrect products we guarantee that we will either resend the accurate items, replace anything damaged/faulty or refund the goods in question.
15.2 The method used to resolve the issue is chosen at our discretion.
15.3 If we breach the terms laid out in these terms and conditions, we will only be liable for losses that are a foreseeable reasonable consequence of such breach. This is in the instance where the losses could have been apparent at the time you placed your order.
15.4 Bond will not be held responsible for any side effects of the main loss suffered.
15.5 Our total liability to you for any loss/damage will be limited to the total price of your order.
15.6 Nothing in this contract excludes or limits your statutory rights.
16.1 If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by an authority, the remaining terms will still apply.
17. Force Majeure
17.1 Bond will not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or bad weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers or sub-contractors, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond the Supplier’s reasonable control.
