Our Christmas Returns Policy is up until 6th January 2020 for items bought online on or before 24th December 2019.
Please mark this as a gift before you check out online.- All items will need to be returned by 6th January 2020 with original labels attached.
Our Returns Policy:
We hope you’re always happy with your order but in the event that you’re not 100% satisfied, we will refund any item you are unhappy with when it is returned to us in a perfect, saleable condition within 14 days of the date the order is dispatched.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery.
When returning an item to us, please ensure it is in its original packaging and do not remove or tamper with any labels/tags.
How do I return an item?
1- Repack item/items being returned in original packaging with original labels and tags still attached. Labels must not have been cut off. (There must be no make up, fake tan, deodorant marks, pet hairs or smell of cigarette smoke on clothes you wish to return). We won't refund any item returned to us imperfect.
Cancelled items must have internal packaging unopened.
2- Complete the returns form which you received with your delivery, including reasons for return.
3- The method of delivery for returns is up to the customer. For your own security, a tracked method is advised. Please keep a certificate of posting as proof of your return for your own records.
4- Once we have received your return we will inspect it and you will be notified during this process with regard to the status of your request.

How much does it cost to return an item?
The cost of your return depends on the method you choose to return the items to us.
Please note: If your item is damaged or faulty, and it is the only item on your order, we will refund your postage costs. For faulty goods, Bond will only refund the cost of Royal Mail/Post office 2nd Class delivery.
If you have kept any items from your Bond delivery, we will not be able to refund your postage. We will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover products from you and in this instance we may deduct such costs from the amount re-credited to you in the refund.
How do I return a faulty item?
If you have received a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us an email at email@example.com
Once you have notified us about your faulty item, please follow instructions in the above section ‘How to return an item’.
We will examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email. Please allow 14 days from the day the parcel is posted back to us for an update on your refund progress.
Although you can return your item to our store at 719 Wilmslow Road, M20 6WF you cannot receive a refund in store.
All refunds are processed via our head office and via your original payment method online and not in store. Your refund will usually be processed the working day after you drop your item off with us. For example if you bring your item to store on Friday it will usually be refunded (dependant on checks) on the following Monday.
Please do not drop off your item at our Burton Road West Didsbury store.
How long will my refund take to be processed?
When returning a product we will email you with confirmation of your entitlement for a refund within 14 days from the day the parcel is posted back to us. Generally this happens a lot sooner though!
For the refund to enter your account, please allow up to 14 days from the first email sent by you to notify us of the return.
Faulty items will be refunded, including 2nd class delivery charges for sending the item. Please note, if there is more than the faulty item being returned at the same time, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
We ask you to retain certificate of posting for returned goods in the event that we do not receive them, as we will ask for this as proof of postage. Bond reserves the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide us with this documentation.
Any refunds are issued using the same method of payment originally used for purchase of goods.
Exchanging an item
Unfortunately Bond doesn’t currently offer exchanges. We are happy to process a refund if customers want to return an item using the guidelines above, and re-order an alternative item if they wish to do so, however the two transactions are separate.
Cooling off period
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU, you have fourteen working days (beginning the day after receipt of product) to cancel your purchase. Order cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund given that the complete order is returned unused, with labels attached and in its original packaging. If we do not receive the cancelled items back within fourteen working days from the day after receipt of product, we may arrange to collect the items from you at your cost.
Goods returned in an unreasonable condition will not be refunded but returned at the customer’s expense.
Christmas Returns Policy 2019
Our Christmas Returns policy begins on 1st December 2019 until Mon 6th January 2020.
References in this Returns Policy to: "we" and "us" are Bond. "Products" are to products listed on our website www.bondfashion.com ("Website"); and "Contract" are to the contract between you and us in respect of the sale of Products via our Website. Each time you make a purchase of Product(s) via our Website, you enter into a Contract with us. If you buy a number of Products in one order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract shall cover all the Products in that order. If you order Products to be delivered to different delivery addresses, there shall be a separate Contract in place in respect of each delivery address and each Contract shall cover all the Products being delivered to that address.
